Mahjong Solitaire is a relaxing puzzle game where the goal is to remove all tiles from the board in pairs. It is played with a stack of Mahjong tiles arranged in layers. The goal is to find two identical tiles and click on them so they disappear – but only if they are "free". Free means the tile is not covered by another and has at least one side (left or right) uncovered.
Some strategy is needed because the first possible move is not always the best. It's worth thinking ahead to avoid blocking future moves. The game is won when all tiles have been removed. If you're stuck, the undo function might help. Have fun playing and puzzling!
For each successfully completed Mahjong game, you get points. These determine your rank in the highscore list. Additionally, the game points count for your selected country - with every game you improve your country's Mahjong international rank!
Each Mahjong game has its own highscore. Whoever solves the game in the shortest time is ranked first. The top 10 places earn bonus points: if you set a new best time, you get 10 extra points. Second place gets 9 bonus points, and so on. Speed pays off!
